Responsibilities:
Provide full range of secretarial and executive support to the Chairman which includes:
- Liaison and coordination with internal and external parties for Po Leung Kuk’s activities and events, managing meeting schedules and business appointments;
- Accompanying the Chairman to attend activities and events;
- Handling correspondences and other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience;
- Pleasant, well-organized, meticulous, detail-minded with excellent interpersonal & communications skills and cooperative attitude;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
