We invite high caliber personnel to fill the following position:

Service Specialist (Ref: SS)

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support, system administration and maintenance,
Perform troubleshooting to all issues related to endpoint devices
Handling data backup
Record, analyze and dispatching helpdesk calls
Off site duty and extra working hours may required
7x24 On-call support under roster

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above holder in Computer Science or IT related disciplines;
At least 1 years’ experience in technical support
Solid knowledge in providing first-line technical supports in Microsoft Windows, MS Active Directory and end point PC
Good communication skills with different levels of end users
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to perform both independently and as a team
ITIL knowledge is an advantage
