No. All applications for residential child care services (and ordinary foster care services) must be assessed and referred to PLK by the Social Welfare Department or the welfare units of other non-governmental welfare organizations.

Yes. Our affiliated DSS primary schools are currently collecting a monthly tuition fee ranging from HKD$900 to HKD$1500. The schools have put aside 10% of such income for setting up fee remission scheme and scholarships so as to provide financial supports for students from families experiencing economic hardship. For more details, please make your enquiry directly to the respective affiliated DSS primary school.

Application forms can be obtained in person or by post to individual kindergarten. For details, please refer to the kindergarten’s websites. The K1 class enrolment for the coming academic year starts in every November. Completed forms, together with the copy of the child’s birth certificate/declaration certificate, two recent photos and four self-addressed stamped envelopes should be sent to the kindergarten you wish to apply.
